The Red Beast: Controlling Anger in Children with Asperger's Syndrome
Al-Ghani, K.I
Al-Ghani, Haitham
Notes
A didactic story that depersonalises anger and depicts it as a sleeping beast that can be awakenened and which, when awake cannot listen or see but can and does shout terrible things. Strategies for controlling and managing the beast are contained in the story about a boy in a school situation who becomes angry when he is accidently hit in the stomach by a ball. There are further strategies that can be used included at the end of the story.Location | edition | Bar Code | due date |
